Consulting
Whether you are thinking about adding a new server or moving to a new facility, a well thought-out plan is a must. We know how stressful change can be, and our Engineering staff knows how to make the transition as smooth as possible. We pride ourselves on the quality of our knowledge. We have experience with all aspects of IT and we can help you think through the process. From planning the locations of network closets to sizing your email infrastructure, we know the drill. We do it every day. We have learned that everyone makes mistakes but most people don't make unique mistakes. The truth is that in every project someone makes a mistake that someone has made before. We know the common pitfalls and how to avoid them. There's no reason for you to go through this process alone. Mistakes can be expensive. It is worth having a trusted partner to walk through the process with you.
Higher Ground engineers work with church administration, staff, and building architects in planning new facilities or the remodeling of existing facilities to maximize the operation of computer and telephone networks. This service is also provided to churches as systems upgrades are anticipated and implemented. Higher Ground engineers are certified in various hardware/software/network venues, stressing Microsoft standards of design and configuration.
Network installs and upgrades are usually performed over a weekend to minimize staff down time. Our normal commitment is to have all systems fully operational by 8:00 AM Monday.
