The products and services we offer are a reflection of our customer’s needs. When spam e-mail became a problem we searched for an affordable, dependable solution. The Barracuda Networks Spam Firewall was a perfect fit. We have installed these devices in many churches and offer a filtering service through our Barracuda for customers not wishing to purchase their own unit. For those customers, all Internet e-mail is innitially sent to the HGT Barracuda for processing. Mail that passes through the filter is then delivered to their e-mail server or hosted on our mail server if the customer does not have a mail server of their own. 

With the introduction of Shelby Arena , churches now have the option to completely out-source the management, maintenance, backup and support of their Church Management Software.  Higher Ground has worked closely with Shelby to develop the premier ChMS hosting service that includes Arena and Shelby V5 (financial) applications. If your church is in the market for Arena, you will want to consider the savings that our solution offers.

With our E-Mon 7x24 Electronic Server Monitoring , we are able to keep an unattended watch on your network. Should any server or critical network service such as MS SQL or Exchange go off line, our technicians are alerted wherever they are. We immediately open a trouble ticket and attempt to resolve the problem. Tape backup systems are the most popular form of archiving and protecting electronic data. Being mechanical devices, they do occasionally fail, even when they appear to be working properly. Many times the failure is only discovered when data needs to be restored. For this reason, we wanted to offer a separate, independent backup process that would add another layer of data protection for those with tape devices and a primary backup method for those who do not have them. The result: Tereo Offsite Backup from Higher Ground Technologies.
