Technology EngineeringGround Breaking: Structural Framework. Support Equipment. Protection from the elements. Essential components for buildings AND technical systems. We work alongside your staff - at whatever level they are comfortable with - to install and configure computer networks and communication systems. What they learn will prove invaluable over the system's life-cycle. After a major system upgrade - usually done over a weekend- we remain onsite for a day or so to train end-users and deal with unforeseen issues. And we fully expect to provide ongoing system support after the install. Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability. Technology SupportHigher Ground Technologies is dedicated to providing information systems support to all customers. Our partnering relationship with our customers facilitates quick understanding of the problem and fast, accurate resolutions. In most cases our technicians will connect to your network and investigate the issue immediately.
